Miles Away

Yes, yes internet I know. I have been away for quite a while. Well, not really ‘away’ I mean I spend my whole day on the internet, I’ve just been lazy busy. A few weeks ago, I got a call from my mom.  She had gotten a dumpster and wanted me to come home and go through all my stuff that’s at her house, and throw away whatever I didn’t want.  So the following weekend I got a zipcar and took a drive to Ashland.

So last night I was lucky enough to score a pair of passes to an advanced screening of Transformers 2: Revenge of the fallen. And you know what…It was awesome.

So I’m not really that big of a safety guy. I run with scissors, handle electronics while wet, don’t wear any sort of padding while skateboarding, rollerblading or biking, ect but most of my life I have worn a helmet while riding my bike. I’ve always been grumpy about wearing my helmet, my mom would yell at me if I didn’t, now my girlfriend yells at me if I don’t. But I will never say another word about wearing my helmet, becuase today it saved my life.
