Yes, yes internet I know. I have been away for quite a while. Well, not really ‘away’ I mean I spend my whole day on the internet, I’ve just been lazy busy. “Rocks and Salt?”.  That is the question I learned that as a bartender you always need to ask when making someone a margarita. Yes ladies and gentleman as of Friday night at 10:18pm I am now a licensed bartender, and have the knowledge and skills to make well over 100+ different drinks.

Today Jill and I attended D2E (Down 2 Earth) at the Hynes Convention Center.  From the D2E website:
“[D2E] is a marketplace for eco-friendly products, a public stage for community initiatives, and an educational forum that addresses sustainability issues on the minds of us all. D2E emphasizes local and innovative solutions and connects consumers with progressive companies that are investing in a more sustainable future.”

The SuperBowl. One of our countries greatest holidays ( and if you don’t think it is a holiday, you’re sadly mistaken). A celebration of football, competition, beer and to me most importantly…. chicken wings.
