Miles Away

It’s been a long while since I’ve been activly posting. Truth be told, I’ve been distracted…but far from lazy. It’s just Twitter has ruined me. Forming long sentences and paragraphs, eh.. I’m fine with 140 characters.

Yes, yes internet I know. I have been away for quite a while. Well, not really ‘away’ I mean I spend my whole day on the internet, I’ve just been lazy busy. Since Jill and I are trying to save up money I came up with an idea that would save about $150 a year (not much but it’s something).  Instead of going to get my haircut every two months (for $20+ each visit), why not cut my own hair at home and have Jill help?  So we discussed it, and Jill thought it was a good idea but suggested we buy an electric hair trimmer. “Rocks and Salt?”.  That is the question I learned that as a bartender you always need to ask when making someone a margarita. Yes ladies and gentleman as of Friday night at 10:18pm I am now a licensed bartender, and have the knowledge and skills to make well over 100+ different drinks.
